5 Revitalising Skincare Products You Need In Your Life

As I've mentioned before on my blog I'm a complete skincare hoarder. I like switching things up often because I find it that it helps my skin when I rotate my selection of go-to products and I'll get the best potential from each of them. Today I'm sharing with you my current 5 favourites from my skincare collection which really help to revitalise my skin and make it glow.

After cleansing my face with whichever cleanser I'm currently loving I've been using the Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glycolic Acid Pads to remove any excess product and just to help brighten up my skin. You can use the Glycolic Pads AM and PM but I tend to use them more so in the morning just to wake up my dull tired skin and give it some life.

I've then been using the new PIXI Rose Caviar Essence* which I'm literally obsessed with. It's a serum which just adds a little extra hydration and it smells delightful (probably not one to use if you don't like floral scents obvs). I also like that rose petals melt away from your skin whilst you're applying I'm not gonna lie it's kind of satisfying. Not only has my skin been looking brighter its also cleared up a lot and I'm pretty sure it's something to do with this. It's definitely a must-have in my skincare collection now!

After using the PIXI Rose Caviar Essence I've been reaching for the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum* which is available from TJ Hughes who sell top branded products for a discounted price. I've become quite conscious about turning 24 this year which I know is obviously still young but they do say to start using products with anti-ageing properties once you turn 25 and I feel like I have aged in the past year which is kind of scaring me lol. This is a complete treat to use and it really hydrates and plumps up the under eye area and I love how nice the bottle looks too.

Lastly, I use either the PIXI Rose Flash Balm* which is a 3-in-1 product as you can use it as either a moisturiser, primer or moisturiser. I've been using it as a moisturiser and primer and it works as a lovely base for makeup application. If my skin is feeling quite oily I tend to opt for The Body Shop Insta Glow CC Cream in shade Peachy Glow instead because the PIXI Rose Flash Balm is on the thicker side. The Body Shop CC Cream is SPF 20 and it really helps to give you a healthy glow. It also minimises pores, gives some moisture and preps the skin for makeup application.

  1. I've had my eye on the Pixi Rose Flash balm for a while now! My clinique mositure surge is running out so I might give this a go in it's replacement x
