Rediscovering Old Favourites

I love rediscovering old favourites and I've definitely rediscovered some gems over the past month or so whilst having a destash of products and a bit of a shake-up in my makeup collection. Here are some things which I've recently rediscovered and loving lately...

Zoella Shower Shake

The Shower Shake was one of my favourite products last Summer, I ran out of my first tube pretty quickly and then picked up another tube but kind of forgot about it. I love the packaging because let's face it, it's super cute and it also smells really fresh and uplifting. I think because in the colder months, I tend to lean more towards using warming and festive scents like cinnamon and any limited edition scents that The Body Shop release for their Winter/Christmas ranges, I kind of forget any of my favourite Summer scented products. But since it's supposed to be Spring now even though their is a snow storm happening as I write this, I decided to reach for it again and I just love it. It's a perfect 2-in-1 product because not only does it obviously cleanse, it also moisturises your skin nicely too.

Revlon ColourStay Foundation
The Revlon ColourStay Foundation has been in and out of my makeup collection for literally years. It's one of those products that works well most of the time but it then just stops working for my skin or doesn't sit properly on my skin etc. But right now, I'm loving it. The coverage is nice and buildable and it's also easy to pick up in the shops and at an affordable price. I always buy the shade Buff but I do need a drop or two of my lightening drops usually just to neutralise the yellow tone a little.

Collection Highlighter Stick
I own a lot of highlighters but the Collection Highlighter Stick in Pearl Sheen is one that shocked me because usually cream highlighters don't work for me, thanks to my oily skin. But the Collection Highlighter works so well for me. It gives a lovely glazed donut glow without looking too glazed and makes my skin look really glowy and radiant.

LUSH The Kiss Lip Scrub
I discovered The Kiss Lip Scrub last year in the Valentines Range and loved it, it's definitely my favourite lip scrub from LUSH but after mine ran out towards the end of last year, I picked up the Sugar Plum Fairy scrub from the Christmas range instead, which is nice but when the Valentines products were released this year I knew I had to pick up The Kiss again and I'm so happy I did. It[s not only is a nicer scent/taste, it seems to work a bit better than the Sugar Plum Fairy scrub as well.

Benefit Galifornia Blusher
When I finally got my hands on the Galifornia blusher from Benefit last year I just couldn't stop from using it. It was definitely my go-to Summer blusher. It is super pigmented and you have to apply it very carefully because you can go from looking like a sunkissed beach babe to scary af clown very easily but when the colder months hit, the colour just looked a little intense on me and I also discovered the Glossier Clouds Paints which have been my go-to blushers since. But I've started to use my Galifornia blush again and I've well and truly fallen back in love with it.
