What's On My Christmas Wishlist This Year

It's that time of the year again when I share what's on my Christmas wishlist and again I feel a bit awkward because I feel like I'm saying "this is what I expect to receive for Christmas" but I don't mean it like that at all. I just mean that these are some things that I would be really excited to receive on Christmas Day but I am grateful for anything I get. There's nothing groundbreaking on my list, most of the things I would buy myself if I had the spare money to buy them but sometimes those type of presents are better than surprise presents because it's something you really wanted in the first place. Also this might be helpful for people who are a little late to the party and haven't bought any presents yet.

Origins Best of the Best Set £32 / Too Faced Love Light Highlighter in Blinded By The Light £25 / ASOS Curve Paris Sketch T-shirt £12

As you know by now, I'm a self confessed skincare hoarder and I love trying out new products and various brands. Origins are a brand I've heard a lot of people talk highly about but I've not really tried much from them apart from a few of their face mask sheets because they are more of a pricier brand. So when I saw the Best of the Best set I was instantly interested. I think you get a good amount of products in the set for the price too as I know the Super Spot Remover alone is around £15-16 which is just under half of what the whole set is!

I've been wanting to buy the Too Faced Love Light Highlighter for a while now. I did buy the Ray of Light shade a couple of months ago but it was the wrong shade for me and too much of a golden pink on my skin so I got rid of it. Now I know that Blinded By The Light is the right shade for me but it is quite pricey for a highlighter considering I already have so many. So I thought I'd pop it on my Christmas wish list for now.

I've seen quite a few people wearing the Paris Sketch t-shirt from ASOS (and the New York one too but that's not in the plus range, sigh). But I really like the look of the Paris T-shirt, it's so simple but pretty. It would also look lovely with my new mustard chunky knit cardigan that I've basically been living in over the past week because it's so warm and cosy. It would also look lovely tucked into a denim skirt and a simple pretty necklace. It's just one of those t-shirts that would look nice styled in so many different ways.
LUSH The Night Before Christmas Gift Set £12.95 / Origins Mini Mask Musts £15 / L'Occitane Cherry Blossom Bauble £12

LUSH products always find their way onto my Christmas Wishlist every year. I love the look of the The Before Christmas Gift Set. It contains my all time fave which is the Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb which is a gorgeous sweet scent and also the Golden Wonder bath bomb which is a more citrus, uplifting scent which I also really like.

I know I already have an Origins gift set on my Wishlist but I came across the Mini Mask Musts set whilst looking at the Best of The Best set and hello it's a gift set of face masks. Even though they are mini it would be good try out all of them and see which one I like the most before splurging onto the full size version because I am a sucker for a face mask.

The L'Occintane Cherry Blossom Bauble is not only in a cute constellation bauble which I love. But I really like that it contains the hand cream, body lotion and shower gel in their Cherry Blossom scent, I absolutely love anything Cherry Blossom scented throughout the year. I think it's such good value and they are also great for travelling too.

LUSH Star Light Star Bright Bath Melt £4.95 / GHOST Daydream EDP £15 / The Signs: Decode The Stars, Reframe Your Life Book £7.91

Every year when the Star Light, Star Bright Bath Melt comes out I always ignore it and choose to buy a bath bomb instead because you automatically think bath bombs look better and then I regret it when I see people on insta stories using it in the bath and it looks so pretty. So I decided to pop it on my wishlist this year.

I've not tried the GHOST Daydream scent but I love the GHOST Dream scent. I really like the bottle for the Daydream EDP and that's why I popped it on here. I also would love Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream but it's pretty pricey and I always feel cheeky for putting quite pricey perfumes on my Christmas Wish List and tend to just treat myself to them instead.

I'm really interested in the whole "manifesting" thing and the world giving back to you and all of that. So I'm also really interested in getting my hands on "The Signs: Decode The Stars, Reframe Your Life. It's all about "using the stars to help write the future" which I know might sound a bit strange but I find books like this interesting in general. Also isn't the book gorgeous? I love anything with stars and constellations and etc.

I've seen a lot of people saying how good and also motivating the Feminists Don't Wear Pink and Other Lies book is which is why I would love to get my hands on it. I've lost motivation for a lot of things this year, although it's down to my health and not actually me, if that makes any sense. I basically feel like I've been possessed by my shitty illness and I'm kind of stuck inside my body wanting to be myself again, such fun. But at least I've now found something which does help my pain out a lot most days.

I love Johnny Loves Rosie jewellery, although I don't have tons of their jewellery pieces, they ones I do own I love and wear often. I came across the Dream Necklace last week and instantly wanted it right away. It's so minimal but pretty too (it would also look great with the Paris Sketch T-shirt from ASOS).

Lastly is the Jade Roller, I've seen so many people rave about using either a Jade Roller or Rose Quartz roller that I want to see what the hype is about. I'm almost 25 and after the stress and upset of this year, I've started to develop fine lines. It's so depressing. So I'm on the lookout for some good products and ways to keep my skin looking 24 before I wake up one morning and look about like an 80 year old although I definitely already have the back of an 80 year old ~sob~.

So there's my Christmas Wishlist for this year! What's on your Wishlist?

  3. I love the look of that Lush set! I've not seen that one before and those are my two favourite bath bombs so I'm glad I've read this. The origins mask set looks great too, I've hardly used anything from them before but I've heard such good things about some of their products xx
