Christmas Gift Guide 2021 | Beauty Gifts To Buy

-If a product is marked with an * then it is a PR sample. This post contains no sponsored content-

I’m back with another gift guide and this time it’s about all things beauty related and what beauty gifts to buy your loved ones this Christmas if you’re stuck for ideas. I've made sure that there's a bit of everything in this guide so I really hope it helps!

First up in my beauty gift guide this year is the Nivea Natural Collection Wash Bag Gift Set RRP £12*. It includes some of their staple natural products, these include the Naturally Good Honeysuckle Scent Organic Oil Infused Shower Gel, Naturally Good Organic Aloe Vera Micellar Face Wash, Naturally Good Aloe Vera Sheet Mask, Soft Moisturising Cream and a Bamboo Cloth. Everything also comes in a lovely leaf print design canvas wash bag which I personally think is really pretty. Available from Boots, Tesco and Lloyds Pharmacy.

If you’re looking to buy someone perfume this year then I’d highly recommend the Missguided Real Babe 80ml EDP*. It’s unisex and I think the bottle design is really pretty and eye-catching. It has notes of citrus and pink peppercorn which mingles with frosted pineapple with heart notes of fresh jasmine and ambrette and base notes of amber musk and tonka. It honestly smells so nice, it’s actually become my fave Missguided perfume scent I own and I own a few of them now. Available from Missguided and Superdrug.

The AQUIS COPPER SURE Rapid Dry Hair Wrap RRP £30* keeps bacteria at bay whilst AQUIS’ signature fabric wicks away moisture to leave hair looking healthy, frizz-free and shiny. I really like lightweight hair wraps which get rid of excess moisture fast as I hate sitting around with a heavy towel on my head after a shower waiting for it to dry a bit before blow-drying (side note: you can 100% leave your hair to dry completely in these AQUIS hair wraps but I personally still like to blow dry and style my hair after washing it but these wraps are great for getting the excess moisture out fast whilst also being comfortable). Available from Look Fantastic, SpaceNK, Liberty London.

Another hair product that is a bit of a last-minute addition to this gift guide is the Toni & Guy Deep Barrel 32mm Hair Waver (which I stupidly forget to include photos of for this post - oops!). It’s a great way to add some waves to your hair quickly, I’ll admit it did take a few attempts before I got used to using it but it saves the hassle of curling your hair which I find takes ages, especially when your hair is long. You can create loose boho beachy waves or full-blown perfect mermaid waves with this waver and with the right hair products, they last well in your hair as well. I paid £23 for mine on Amazon but you can also pick it up from Just My Look.

The Sanctuary Spa Night Time Rescue Gift Set RRP £10* is perfect for someone who you know struggles to sleep or just needs to take some time out and properly relax in the evening. It includes their Sleep Mist and Warming Body Balm and I actually use both of the products in this gift set religiously. They smell beautiful and they don’t smell like your typical heavily Lavender scented sleep products as they contain the likes of Jasmine, Rosemary, Frankincense and Patchouli which makes the range more high-end than it actually is. You can even use the mist on your face and body as it also contains skincare properties and the warming body balm is also great if you know someone who can’t use deep heat but suffers from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain etc as it warms up in the same way and can help to relieve pain and discomfort (that’s what I’ve personally found anyway!). Available from Sanctuary and Sainsbury’s.

The Neal & Wolf Harmony Intensive Shampoo & Treatment Gift Set RRP £33.50* would be a perfect pick this Christmas for someone who you know needs to take some time out and have a proper full-on pamper session. Both the shampoo and treatment have a rich formula and smell bloody gorgeous, to be honest. Using the duo together leaves your hair looking healthier, shinier and also helps to provide colour protection too. I’ve personally never tried anything from Neal & Wolf and after trying these products, I’m definitely interested in trying out more from them.

For the makeup lover in your life then the Stila Triple Play Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick and Liner Set RRP £28* would be ideal! It contains two of their iconic Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks (RRP £17 each) in the iconic, best-selling shades Beso and Patina and also a bonus travel-sized Stay All Day Eyeliner in Intense Black.

Stila also have the Double Down Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner Duo RRP £32* which would be fab for someone who loves their liquid liners. It includes two of their bestselling waterproof eyeliners in the shades Intense Black and Dark Brown.

For the face mask lover in your life the COSRX Ultimate Moisturising Honey Overnight Mask RRP £24* is a 3-in-1 mask that is enriched with propolis extract, a natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredient that helps to soothe stressed-out skin, as well as natural beeswax and it can be used as an overnight mask, as a wash-off mask, or a thin later as a morning moisturiser which I think is pretty unique. I think this is a pretty failsafe face mask to pick up as it’d be good for both dry/sensitive skin and also oily/combination skin.

Another skincare product which I’ve got to talk about is the Peace Out Repair Moisturiser RRP £25* which is a lovely lightweight but still kind of buttery in texture moisturiser which is suitable for all skin types. It helps to nourish the complexion whilst also reducing redness, uneven texture and enlarged pores as it contains Bakuchiol, CoQ10, Squalene, Rosehip Oil and Ceramides. My skin has been loving this moisturiser and my skin tends to get quite tetchy around this time of the year and right now it’s pretty clear and I’m not really dealing with the weird dry skin patches I get during the winter usually.

I talked about the LUSH Twilight Shower Jelly in my last gift guide and I’m just quickly popping it in this gift guide too as I think it’d make a lovely little stocking filler and the Twilight range smells so nice and calming!

Paul & Joe’s packaging is absolutely stunning in general and their 2021 Christmas range is so lovely. For a stocking filler you could pick up their Lipstick Treatment in 001 Bouquet de Noel* which comes in a floral tube and the actual lipstick design is a cat with a Santa hat on which is just adorable. It has natural moisturising ingredients such as Jojoba Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil and Orange Honey as well as Collagen. It would be ideal for any cat lover in your life!

The AVON 3-in-1 Scented Mist in Berry Cake or Gingerbread RRP £2 can be used on your body, linen or as a room spray and I just think they’re cheap and cheerful and would be fab as a little stocking filler. They both smell so nice and are obviously perfect for the festive season.

Lastly is the Mylee Eyelash Serum RRP £9.99 which I talked about in a recent blog post and I’ve got to say, I’m really impressed with the results I’ve got so far, especially for the price. I really wish I had taken before photos but I can definitely see a difference from using the serum and I think it’d make a great stocking filler or beauty treat to yourself this Christmas! Available from Mylee and ASOS.
