The final thing that we’re going to recommend is that you take a look at who you are surrounded by. It might not feel like it’s making an impact, but we can assure you that it is. If you are constantly surrounded by people who want to make negative comments about you, tearing you down with their words and actions, then this is going to impact how you feel about yourself. In order to feel good about yourself again, you need to take control and cut these people out of your life.
