New In Drawer | Blogger Mail & Things I've Picked Up Lately #3

I'm back again with a "New In Drawer" blog post. These seem to get a lot of views so I'm guessing a lot of you like to read these. Again as always, I'm not writing this post to brag in any way and etc - It's just to show you what things I've picked up lately or have been sent lately that I'm either liking/hating or looking forward to trying out. Also a kind of sneak preview of any upcoming blog posts or reviews too!

Lee Stafford CoCo LoCo Hair Oil*
I actually have the review of this going up on my blog later this week so I don't want to spoil it but I was kindly sent a few of Lee Stafford's latest releases last month - you can read the review of the AirDry range here but I thought I'd just pop this CoCo LoCo hair oil in here anyway because I'm really trying to find some new 'hair staples' ready for the Autumn/Winter (once I find a few new staples, I'm definitely going to do a blog post all about them).

Rimmel Radiance Brick - 01
I'll be honest I picked this up because I kept seeing it on my Instagram feed and it just looks so pretty. It's a shimmery kind of bronzer but you can also just use the highlighter on it's own too. It isn't very pigmented but I prefer that because I'm so pale, I like products that you have to build up rather than a full on muddy looking bronzer with one swipe. Even though it's not very pigmented I would recommend it if you're looking for a drugstore bronzer.

Salon Science Thickening Serum*
I was sent some products from Salon Science a few weeks ago. I've never heard of the brand before but I was intrigued about their products when I received the email about them. I've now tried out all of the products I was sent apart from the Thickening Serum so I'm looking forward to giving it a go and seeing if it thickens up my thin hair. Review blog post coming soon of the products I was sent!

Garnier Micellar Gel Wash
I got this last month because I'm such a huge fan of the micellar water, I pretty much use every time I remove my makeup without fail. So why wouldn't I like the gel wash? Even though it does state you can use it for eye makeup removal, I did try it but it stung my eyes, unfortunately. But I do like it as a normal cleanser, it foams up really well and it smells quite nice too. I will definitely be repurchasing.

Primark Primer Water
I picked this up in my latest Primark Haul because I'd seen so many people rave about primer water in general so I thought for £2 it's not breaking the bank and I was just intrigued. I've got to say... I'm completely sold. It works so well as it's general use as a primer but it's also great to use if your skin just needs a refresh in the day - with or without makeup on. It also smells lovely and it's oil-free which is always a plus when you have oily skin. I definitely would say to pick this up and give it a try because it's a new favourite of mine now.

Essence Highlighter Palette*
I was very excited to receive my first 'proper' PR package from Essence. It was a box full of essence makeup, sweets and balloons and etc - you can read the blog post all about it here. One of the products which I received in the parcel is this highlighter palette. I'm already a fan of their highlighters and the rainbow one is one of my favourites but this is great, there's 3 shades to choose from and they all work well with my pale skin tone. Plus the packaging is cute too.

The Balm Eyeshadow Palette Sample
I finally got around to ordering my first Pick N Mix from Feel Unique last month and I chose my 5 items and this one of them I decided to try out. I've got to say I'm really unimpressed. I know it's a matt, dark eyeshadow shade but it isn't very pigmented at all and it's fades really quickly. I'm glad I didn't go out and buy the palette, to be honest.

PMD Kiss Lip Plumping Device*
I was very kindly sent the latest device from PMD which is the PMD Kiss. I don't really like my lips just because I think it's because I have quite a round, chubby face, it makes my eyes and lips look small (well that's what I think anyway). So I was really excited at the chance at trying this device which safely and naturally plumps your lips without any pain. With continued daily use, it claims that your results will last longer and after 4-6 weeks you lips will stay looking fuller from the increase collagen production. I have only used this a few times so far but I can definitely see and feel a difference after I use the device. Obviously there will be an in-depth blog post all about it coming soon.
