6 Beauty Products I've Repurchased Over and Over Again

I thought I’d talk about some products that I’ve repurchased multiple times and why I love them so much. I haven’t done a blog post like this before (at least I don’t think I have) so I thought it might be nice to do something a little different. I’ve also made sure that there’s a mixture of skincare, makeup and perfume too.

First up is the Pixi DetoxifEYE Eye Patches which contains 30 pairs of patches and they’re also biodegradable which is a big plus in my book. Usually, I just find eye patches refreshing and make you feel more awake, particularly if you haven’t slept well. However, the Pixi DetoxifEYE Eye Patches not only make you feel more refreshed and awake they really help to de-puff your under eyes as well as help reduce dark under-eye circles. I just think they’re fab for the price as they’re usually around £22 and when you think about how much some brands charge for just one or two pairs of eye patches then these are a bargain.

The It Cosmetics CC+ Cream with SPF50 is an absolute staple in my makeup bag. I prefer the original over the other finishes and I love that it contains SPF50 too. It covers imperfections really well but it doesn’t feel heavy on your skin and your skin still looks like skin. It is on the pricier side for what’s described as a CC Cream at around the £30 mark but believe me when I say I’ve tried to find an It Cosmetics CC Cream dupe and I still haven’t been able to find anything that’s exactly the same with a cheaper price tag. You can however buy a travel size version if you’re wanting to try it without committing to the full size. They are available on the It Cosmetics website as well as Cult Beauty and Boots.

The Body Shop Nicaraguan Coffee Intense Awakening Mask is definitely the best body shop face mask for my skin these days. The Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask used to be my favourite but it just doesn’t agree with my skin anymore. The Nicaraguan Coffee Intense Awakening Mask has a slight warming effect and the coffee scent really wakes up your senses. I tend to use it first thing in the morning when my skin is looking a little tired and dull and it honestly works wonders and really puts some glow back into your skin.

The Dermalogica Redness Relief Essence is ideal if you’re someone with sensitive and/or dry, irritated skin. If my skin disagrees with something I’ve used on it or if I’ve eaten or drank something and it hadn’t agreed with me and my skin goes all hot, red and blotchy then this is the product I reach for. It smells lovely as it has a calming scent and I only tend to need 3-4 drops for my whole face per use so a little goes a long way.

Lastly is two products from Glossier, first up is their Cloud Paint blushers, particularly the shades Puff which is a lovely pop of pink and Dusk which is a muted bronze colour.  They do look a little scary when you first squeeze the product out of the tube but they do blend out seamlessly and again, you don’t have to use much product per use so they last longer than you’d expect.

I also love the Glossier You Perfume, with top notes of Pink Pepper, heart notes of warm Ambrette and Ambrox and base notes of Iris, it’s my go-to year-round perfume. It's kind of a comforting, warm but fresh scent and I always get compliments when I wear it which is always a good sign. If you get the option to add a free sample of You to your Glossier order then give it a try.

  1. I don't really have a skincare routine but I love the products that I can rely on and know what I'm getting when I buy them. I guess the one thing I always buy is hand cream. I've found that Nursem is the one that I always go back to because I know it doesn't feel greasy on my skin but it absolutely does the job I need it to do.
