There’s nothing better than a self-care evening, especially if you’ve had a stressful day or week. Sometimes we just need to take some time out to focus solely on ourselves and practising self-care can really help both your physical and mental health. In today’s post, I’m sharing some self-care ideas that I would personally say work best in the evening but obviously, it depends on what time works best for you. I’ve tried to include a variety of different things so you can pick and choose what you like the sound of the most and you could build your own little self-care routine from the ideas.

So in this post, I'm going to be talking about how I unwind once I've closed my laptop and finished any work for the day as well as some tips which you might find useful if you struggle to unwind in the evening.
