My Go-To Pretty Pink Minimal Makeup Look

Lately, I've been opting for more of a minimal makeup look and even though there are a fair few products to get my minimal makeup look, it still looks pretty and natural. I think I'll definitely be using the products below together throughout Spring too because they just make me look more fresh-faced and radiant which I'm all about right now.

For my base, I usually skip using any foundation and go straight in with a concealer after using a primer.  I've been loving the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer in the lightest shade C1 just because it's fab. It conceals the telltale signs of a late night as well as hiding any blemishes and it blends out so easily. Believe me, there's a reason why everyone is talking about it.

After I've applied the concealer I move onto blusher and I've been loving the Glossier Cloud Paint in Puff which I picked up in my recent Glossier haul. It's just so pretty and it just makes me look healthier. I then go in with my new favourite powder which is the Lottie London Ready Set! Go Powder to set everything in place for the day.

For my brows is another Lottie London product which I talked about recently in my monthly favourites post which is Arch Rival Eyebrow Pencil and then I use my trusty Glossier Boy Brow in Brown to set my brows for the day. I usually miss out on eyeshadow when I'm doing a minimal makeup look but if I fancy adding some definition I'll tend to use any light-mid matte brown and I then go in with the Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara which really helps to thicken and volumize my lashes, which is definitely needed.

For Bronzer and Highlighter, I've been enjoying the Makeup Revolution Renaissance Glow Palette which is a complete dupe to the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow. I love how the contour/bronzer is a cool brown shade as it's perfect for my super pale skin and the highlighter offers the most gorgeous healthy glow which makes my skin look radiant.

Finally, for lips I've been loving a more subdued pink tone so I've been reaching for either my Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Liner in Pillow Talk* which I apply all over or for a slightly deeper but still subdued pink I've been using my Essence Butter Stick Glossy Love in Sweet Frosting.

  4. I was looking at Cloud Paints the other day but literally couldn’t decide, Puff was one I was thinking about. I love a dewy look to my blush rather than powder. Just need to make my mind up on the shade! Love the sound of the CT dupe too. I’ll have to check it out.
    Lovely post.

    1. I own all four of the Cloud Paints but I mainly use Puff and Dusk. I find they are the more pretty looking ones if that makes sense. Beam is more on the orange side and Haze is very deep on my pale skin (I have to mix it with the others) Hope that helps! :) x
