What's In May's Roccabox And Is It Worth Buying? + An Exclusive Discount Code

-If a product is marked with an * then it was PR/Gifted to me. This post contains no paid content-
We're well into another month now which means another Roccabox delivery has arrived and this month's box is all about the best Staycation products to use at home. The box is worth over £45 and contains a mixture of haircare, skincare, self-tan products, nail care and even a bonus product! Here are my thoughts on May's Roccabox...

I haven't tried a lot from Jurlique but everything I have tried so far I've really liked so I was excited to see the Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist (RRP £10)* in the box. It comes in a cute pink deluxe travel-sized bottle and is the perfect size to pop in your bag, have on your bedside table or desktop if you're working from home. The product itself is lovely and is great to use if your skin is feeling dehydrated and just needs a refresh. It's also suitable for all skin types.

I'm not a fake tan wearer, it's too much of a faff and it always ends up looking weird on me so I just don't bother. But I know a lot of people wear fake tan so the St Tropez Self Tan Express Bronzing Gel (RRP £5.70)* and Mitt (RRP £5)* will be a welcome surprise in this month's box for a lot of people. However, because it's of no use to me, I'll be either passing these onto someone who I know will use them or popping them both in a giveaway.

A lot of people will be thankful for the Nail HQ Essentials Nail HQ Hardener (RRP £6.99)*, especially those who have removed their professionally done gel nails at home during the lockdown. The varnish contains collagen and minerals and is designed to toughen and protect your nails. Upon application, it just looks like you've applied clear nail polish, which I do already do sometimes just to make them look nicer but you can also apply normal nail polish over the top and then remove after 4-5 days.

The Charles Worthington Moisture Seal Hair Healer Mini Takeaway (RRP £2.29)* has definitely been the winner for me in this month's box because it works so well with hair and helped to tame my naturally frizzy mane. It's a shame it didn't come in the full-size or a deluxe size version just because I feel like there was a lot of travel sizes in this month's box, however, I'm happy to have discovered it and I'm definitely going to be buying the full size as soon as I run out. I'm not usually a big fan of leave-in conditioners as they tend to make my hair get greasy quicker than normal but this doesn't and it makes my hair feel super soft and silky.

You also get the Elemis Peptide Plumping Pillow Facial (RRP £18)* in a travel size version. I've only used this once so far but it's really nice and soothing and plumps up your skin and leaves you looking super fresh the next morning which is definitely something I need right now because my sleeping pattern is so bad at the minute.

Lastly is a bonus item which is a sachet of Pact Coffee - Planalto Coffee* which will definitely help perk you up first thing in the morning if you're working from home right now. I haven't got around to trying this yet but I'm looking forward to giving it a whirl soon.

As always with Roccabox you can find some exclusive offers on the leaflet that comes in the parcel which tells you all about the contents of the box.
