I am kickstarting my blog for the new year with a post all about something that's not only fun but also perfect for this time of the year and that is cozy gaming.  As I’ve said before, I’ve been a fan of playing video games since I was a little girl and I find that it’s a great way to take my mind off things, especially my anxiety and health issues. In terms of the games included in this post, I could’ve quite easily included the more popular cozy games such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Disney Dreamlight Valley and Stardew Valley which are all games that I do love and highly recommend, but in this post, I wanted to include some games which aren’t talked about as much as the above.

I thought I would put together some gift ideas for anyone who might be stuck on what to add to your Christmas wishlist this year. I'm also putting together a Christmas gift guide which will include some main gifts and stocking filler ideas along with some mini reviews as well. The gifts that I’ve included in this post are mostly things that I’ve come across that I think would make lovely gifts as well as a few things that are on my own Christmas wishlist.

I was looking back at what I’ve posted on my blog this year and realised that I haven’t posted a ‘Things I’ve Been Loving Recently’ since June. It’s now almost November… how has that happened?! So in today’s post, I’m sharing some things that I’ve been loving since my last Things I’ve Been Loving Recently post.

My post about 4 Games Coming To The Nintendo Switch That I’m Looking Forward To Playing did really well, which was quite unexpected considering my blog is mostly focused on beauty content. So I’m back with another post about gaming but this I’m talking about 4 games that are on my Nintendo Switch wishlist and also the reasons why I haven’t picked them up just yet.

I’ve been enjoying writing about games and gaming more on my blog as it is something I really enjoy doing and as I’ve said before, I also find that it’s a good way to distract my mind from my chronic pain and also stress and anxiety if I’ve got a lot on my mind. So in today’s post, I’m sharing 4 new games (well, technically 3 games and a DLC pack) that I’m looking forward to playing when they release on the Nintendo Switch.

Since my last Summer Wishlist, I’ve actually spotted some more things that I’m interested in maybe picking up so I thought I’d put together another wishlist sharing what I’ve currently got my eyes on and why. I’ve got a bit of everything from clothes, perfume, makeup, skincare and a couple of game things too.

As I’ve said before on here, I’ve played video games since I was a kid and I prefer playing video games over say, reading a book or journalling as a way to relax. So I thought I would write about some games that I would recommend buying if you own a Nintendo Switch. I find playing video games holds my attention better and gives me a better form of escapism and I also find that it’s a good way to distract my mind from my chronic pain/endo pain and also my anxiety if it’s particularly bad. I’ve made sure to include a variety of games and that there’s also a mixture of first-party games from Nintendo themselves and also some games that have been developed by smaller, indie companies which tend to be cheaper as well.

I can’t believe I’m sitting here writing my first Christmas gift guide of 2021. I feel like I say this every year but how is it almost December?! My first gift guide is going to be about main gift and stocking filler ideas and I feel like there’s a decent mixture of things in this blog post if you’re stuck for ideas.

In today’s post, I’m finally sharing some of the things that I’ve been loving over the past couple of months or so. I haven’t actually done a favourites-styled blog post in ages, I think my last one was way back in Spring! So I thought it was about time I changed that. There’s a mixture of beauty, wellness, fashion and even a couple of food faves included too, so here we go…

I've been meaning to do an updated lifestyle and fashion favourites for a while but I've just not got around to doing it until now. I thought I might as well call it my winter lifestyle and fashion favourites as we're fairly close to the end of winter now (finally!). So here are some things which I've been loving this winter...

I don't think I've ever done a lifestyle and fashion favourites post before, so I thought it was about time I change that and I thought it'd be nice to talk about something different as I know my blog has been very beauty-heavy lately. The majority of these things I've been enjoying since probably around the middle of the lockdown and I'm still loving now, so I feel like they deserve a mention.
