If you’re a regular reader of my blog then I’m sure by now you’re aware that I like putting together a wishlist post but I thought that I would do something a little different this week and do an Etsy Wishlist. I try and shop at Etsy fairly often whether it’s for myself or if I’m looking for a gift for someone as I find that you can get quite unique things on there and it’s obviously important to try and support small businesses where possible too. So in today’s post, I want to share what’s currently on my ‘Etsy Wishlist’ as there are a couple of things that are gift ideas but most are things that I like the look of for myself and my home.

Heimish are a Korean beauty brand that focuses on selling natural, simple skincare and makeup that is suitable for daily use. Their price range is what I would say is around drugstore priced depending on what you’re buying and they export their products to 70+ different countries. I received three of their best-selling products to try out and review and here’s are thoughts…

Since my last Summer Wishlist, I’ve actually spotted some more things that I’m interested in maybe picking up so I thought I’d put together another wishlist sharing what I’ve currently got my eyes on and why. I’ve got a bit of everything from clothes, perfume, makeup, skincare and a couple of game things too.

As we’re now officially in the season of summer and as I’m writing this, we’re in the middle of a heatwave, I thought I’d share some tips that I swear by to help me cope during the hot weather. I’ll be honest I’m not a big fan of summer, I hate feeling too hot and I also find that it makes my chronic illness symptoms worse so I really struggle throughout the warmer months. Because of that I literally swear by these tips and tricks to get me through it.

I’m back again with another Beauty and Lifestyle Haul as it’s been a number of months since my last one and I do quite enjoy doing these kinds of posts. This one is definitely more beauty-focused which I didn’t really mean it to be, it’s just kind of happened.

I wanted to do something a little different so I thought I’d share three drugstore brands which currently have multiple products that I want to try out and why I want to pick them up. I have purchased many products from the brands featured before but I just thought I’d change things up a little and talk about what I’ve currently got my eyes on in a different way.

In today’s post, I’m going to be reviewing the Bellissima Steam Elixir Hair Straightener RRP £149.99* which I was very kindly sent by Influenster for review purposes. I was excited to try the Bellissima Steam Elixir Hair Straightener* as I did actually own some steam hair straighteners many years ago and I remember I really liked them at the time. I’ve been using the Bellissima Steam Elixir Hair Straighteners for both straightening and curling my hair for around two weeks now and here are my thoughts…

I haven’t done a favourites post for a few months so I thought it was time that I shared some of the things that I’ve been loving recently. I’ve discovered a hair care range that I’m obsessed with, a new Switch game that I can’t put down, a face moisturiser that’s perfect for oily skin, especially during the warmer months as well as a couple of rediscoveries too.

I thought I’d share what’s in my summer makeup bag in today’s post as I’ve been really enjoying more of a glowy fresh-faced look when it comes to my makeup (when I do wear it lol) so I’m going to be sharing my go-to products that I use to achieve the glowy look. Some of the products are repurchases and there’s also a mixture of both drugstore and high-end makeup too.

It only seems like 5 minutes ago when I was putting together my last Father’s Day Gift Guide but I’m back again with some gift ideas if you’re stuck on what to get your dad or the father figure in your life this Father’s Day. It lands on Sunday 18th June this year, so it’ll soon be here again. I’ve also made sure to include a variety of ideas and different price ranges as well.

Facetheory are a vegan and cruelty-free brand and their products are made in the UK. They’re all about making simple but effective beauty products that don’t cost an arm and a leg and they‘re also free of parabens, silicones, PEGs, SLS, SLES, and mineral oils too. I reviewed some of their products on my blog last year which you can check out here and they recently got in touch again and asked if I wanted to try out some more products from the brand. So here are my thoughts on the three products that I’ve been trying out…

I wanted to talk about some affordable changes that you can make to become more environmentally friendly. I definitely think people should be thinking more about the planet and the changes that they can make in their day-to-day lives. I think if everybody makes an effort to make some changes in their life, it will hopefully it’ll have a positive impact on the planet. I’ve made sure to cover a variety of things from cutting back on waste, beauty product switches you can make, a couple of sustainable period product recommendations, how to get a new wardrobe of clothes for free and more.

With the cost of living crisis affecting the majority of us, I know a lot of people have started to be more mindful about where they’re spending their money and thinking about areas where they can make some changes to save money. So in this post, I’m sharing some affordable skincare products that I would recommend if you’re on a budget and I’ve made sure that all of the products featured in this post are £10 or under.

I haven’t wrote about content creating on my blog for a long time. So I thought for this week’s post I would share some ways that I’m hoping to improve my blog this year as there are quite a few things I’m working on. I feel like a lot of people think that blogging is dead but I personally don't think it is. I think it's just changed since I started back in 2016. But at the end of the day people still search google for reviews and advice and that's where having a website/blog comes in. Having only social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to share content is fine but what happens if your account gets deleted or if something happens to the platform and people stop using it? This is why my blog is still my main focus, so here are some things I'm hoping to work on and improve this year.

I haven’t done a beauty wishlist for a while so I thought I would change that as there are quite a few beauty products that I’ve got my eyes on at the moment. I am however being more mindful these days about what products I already have in and whether or not I really ~need~ to buy whatever it is I’ve got my eyes on but I obviously also like to treat myself to new beauty products here and there.

I’m back with another Nivea skincare review and this time I’m going to be talking about their new Derma Skin Clear range which is aimed at oily and/or blemish-prone skin types. The range consists of 4 vegan-friendly products and they contain three active ingredients which are Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid and Niacinamide which I personally think are the holy grails of skincare, particularly if you have oily/blemish-prone skin.
