As we’re now officially in the season of summer and as I’m writing this, we’re in the middle of a heatwave, I thought I’d share some tips that I swear by to help me cope during the hot weather. I’ll be honest I’m not a big fan of summer, I hate feeling too hot and I also find that it makes my chronic illness symptoms worse so I really struggle throughout the warmer months. Because of that I literally swear by these tips and tricks to get me through it.

I’m back again with another Beauty and Lifestyle Haul as it’s been a number of months since my last one and I do quite enjoy doing these kinds of posts. This one is definitely more beauty-focused which I didn’t really mean it to be, it’s just kind of happened.

I haven’t done a favourites post for a few months so I thought it was time that I shared some of the things that I’ve been loving recently. I’ve discovered a hair care range that I’m obsessed with, a new Switch game that I can’t put down, a face moisturiser that’s perfect for oily skin, especially during the warmer months as well as a couple of rediscoveries too.

I'm back with another What I've Been Watching Recently... post and once again I haven't watched any new films, I really need to sit down and watch some of the new films on my Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ watchlists, don't I? I've watched quite a few films I've seen many times before such as Harry Potter, some rom-coms and things like that, I tend to pop films like that on as background noise when I'm cleaning or tidying or even when I'm just scrolling on my phone or writing and replying to emails etc. So I've watched 4 TV shows that I want to talk about since my last What I've Been Watching Recently... post and here are my overall thoughts.

I’m back again with another wishlist post and this time I’ve put together a summer wishlist that includes an array of clothes and beauty products that I’ve got my eyes on for the summer. I've had yet another big declutter recently so I know what I want/need in my wardrobe for the summer and also what new makeup I want to try.

It only seems like 5 minutes ago when I was putting together my last Father’s Day Gift Guide but I’m back again with some gift ideas if you’re stuck on what to get your dad or the father figure in your life this Father’s Day. It lands on Sunday 18th June this year, so it’ll soon be here again. I’ve also made sure to include a variety of ideas and different price ranges as well.

Your bedroom should be the place where you feel most comfortable. You are going to need to get your sleep in there which means that it’s got to be comfortable and relaxing, but you also want it to be you. Even if you own your own house, your bedroom is the one space that is truly yours and nobody else’s, so you want to take the time to get this right. In this article, we’re going to be taking a look at some of the things that you should be doing in order to create a bedroom that you adore, so keep reading if you would like to find out more.

As I’ve said before on here, I’ve played video games since I was a kid and I prefer playing video games over say, reading a book or journalling as a way to relax. So I thought I would write about some games that I would recommend buying if you own a Nintendo Switch. I find playing video games holds my attention better and gives me a better form of escapism and I also find that it’s a good way to distract my mind from my chronic pain/endo pain and also my anxiety if it’s particularly bad. I’ve made sure to include a variety of games and that there’s also a mixture of first-party games from Nintendo themselves and also some games that have been developed by smaller, indie companies which tend to be cheaper as well.

After writing about 7 ways I’m hoping to improve my blog and my content this year, I thought I’d write another post about content creating so in today's post I'm sharing a list of 8 tools including photography gadgets, apps, lighting and more, which I think are super useful to own if you’re a content creator and why they come in handy.

I wanted to talk about some affordable changes that you can make to become more environmentally friendly. I definitely think people should be thinking more about the planet and the changes that they can make in their day-to-day lives. I think if everybody makes an effort to make some changes in their life, it will hopefully it’ll have a positive impact on the planet. I’ve made sure to cover a variety of things from cutting back on waste, beauty product switches you can make, a couple of sustainable period product recommendations, how to get a new wardrobe of clothes for free and more.

Finding the right balance between work and home life can be challenging for stay-at-home mums. Home-based franchises offer the perfect solution - allowing you to bring in an income while still having the freedom to spend quality time with your family. This blog post will examine the benefits of choosing a home-based franchise as a stay-at-home mum.

I haven’t wrote about content creating on my blog for a long time. So I thought for this week’s post I would share some ways that I’m hoping to improve my blog this year as there are quite a few things I’m working on. I feel like a lot of people think that blogging is dead but I personally don't think it is. I think it's just changed since I started back in 2016. But at the end of the day people still search google for reviews and advice and that's where having a website/blog comes in. Having only social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to share content is fine but what happens if your account gets deleted or if something happens to the platform and people stop using it? This is why my blog is still my main focus, so here are some things I'm hoping to work on and improve this year.

It is no secret that anxiety affects and controls many people’s day-to-day lives. In fact, in the UK alone, ‘over 8 million people are experiencing an anxiety disorder at any one time’, emphasising just how common anxiety is. However, despite how common anxiety disorders are, not everyone wants to take the traditional route of medication when it comes to managing their anxiety. Bearing this in mind, if you’re looking for more natural remedies to help your anxiety, then we’re here to help.

I'm back with another ‘What I’ve Been Watching Recently’ post this week! I checked when my last one of these posts was and it’s already been 3 months, it feels like it was only a month or so ago. This year is flying by! Anyway, here’s what I’ve been watching recently…

Mother's Day lands on the 19th of March this year in the UK so I thought now is the perfect time to post my annual Mother’s Day Gift Guide. I’ve picked out some beauty, lifestyle and home bits which I think would make lovely gifts for your mum or any mother figure in your life.

I’m back with another favourites kind of post, talking all about the things that I’ve been loving over the past couple of months. There’s a mixture of skincare, hair care, body care, a couple of games and a snack that I’ve become obsessed with since I started my health kick journey.

I thought I would do a little Beauty and Lifestyle haul on my blog today as I really enjoyed putting together my last beauty and lifestyle haul so I thought why not? So here are some things I’ve picked up or received recently and how I’ve been getting on with them.

In today’s post, I thought I would talk about some TV shows that are hitting our screens this year that I recommend checking out. Some of the shows are shows that have already been on TV and are coming back with a new season and some are brand new TV shows which I think look good and I am planning on watching when they come out.

I'm back again with another wishlist and as always, I've put together a list of different things from beauty, fashion, homeware and even a few fitness and health-related things as I'm planning to go on a bit of a health kick which I'll talk more about later in the post.

I thought I’d talk about TV shows that I’ve watched recently as I’ve watched quite a lot of things and now that we’re in December, it’s safe to say that I’m going to be watching more festive TV shows and films over anything else. However, if you’re looking for some regular TV shows to watch over the festive season or things to add to your watchlist for the new year then you might be interested in this post as there’s everything from comedy dramas, dark comedies, thrillers and fantasy dramas.
